What hours are you open?
Our office operates Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Each of our brands have their own operating hours which may differ from the main office.
Where are you based?
Our owned brands are spread across Aotearoa New Zealand. Our main office is located in Auckland City, however we spend a lot of our time working remotely.
How do I raise a complaint or issue?
